You may not even know it exists. Especially if you haven’t had a problem with a low Quality Score yet. We’ve put together this article so you can take a look and start improving it right away if you encounter a bad score in your accounts.
How is the quality score created?
It is a rating that Facebook itself receives from your customers. About 3 weeks after a purchase via FB, a questionnaire appears in the self employed database newsfeed, in which FB finds out how satisfied customers were with their purchase.
If you fail to meet your customers’ expectations, Facebook will lower your quality score. Which in practice means that you will get fewer impressions for more money.
What areas is FB investigating?
the product itself : go through the reviews on the site (or Heureka) and try to figure out where the problem is. This part will definitely need more in-depth investigation.
