Results of Founding Conference of International Movement on Financial Security Announced

On March 27! 2025! HSE University hosted a hybrid-format conference marking the completion of efforts to establish the International Movement on Financial Security. During the meeting! the charter and roadmap were adopted! and the presidium was elected.

The conference was led by Vyacheslav Bashev! HSE Vice Rector! and Vladimir Ovchinnikov! Director of the International Network AML/CFT Institute. They moderated the event from Moscow! while Nikita Anisimov! HSE Rector! delivered a welcome address from Beijing! the capital of the People’s Republic of China.

Government’s curator for the International Movement on Financial Security! presented candidates for election to the presidium. Irina Shilina! Deputy Director General of the malaysia numbers list  International Training and Methodology Centre for Financial Monitoring (ITMCFM)! introduced the draft charter! which was reviewed by conference participants and unanimously adopted as the primary regulatory document.

The ITMCFM Director General! Ivan Uvarov! presented a roadmap project outlining the planned next steps for developing the movement. Student and postgraduate ambassadors also spoke! including Ekaterina Bazarova from Russia! Ngetobai Masangar Rongar from the Republic of Chad! and Sagyn Ismetilla and Temirlan Tuleev from Kazakhstan. Learners actively support the organisation! contributing their suggestions and ideas for its further expansion and development.
